the
show,
or
offering
special
demonstrations
at
specific
times
during
the
day.
If
you
are
interested
in
a
specific
product
or
topic,
we
suggest
stopping
at
the
vendor
booth
early
in
the
day
to
see
when
the
demonstration
is scheduled.

Spend
$100
or
more
at
vendor
booths
during
the
show
and
enter
to
win
one
of
the
spectacular
baskets
of
sewing/quilting
goodies.
At
the
Shop
Hop
Booth
we
will
add
up
your
receipts.
You
will
receive
a
ticket
to
put
into
the
drawing
for
each
$100
you
have
spent
at
vendor booths during the show.

you

reasonably

hand

raffle

will
be
available
during
the
show
at
the
Raffle
Quilt
Booth
(near
the
entrance).
Drawing
for
the
winner
will
be
held
Sunday,
May
22,
2022
around
3:30
PM.
Actual
drawing
time
will
be
announced.
Need
not be present to win. Proceeds will benefit Finger Lakes Chapter of Quilts of Valor.

Some

the
quilts
entered
into
the
quilt
show
will
be
for
sale.
Each
“For
Sale”
quilt
will
have
a
“For
Sale”
ticket
attached
to
the
quilt.
“For
Sale”
quilts
will
be
indicated
in
the
quilt
listing
in
the
show
program
along
with
information
on
how
to
purchase
a
“For
Sale”
quilt.
Sales
tax will be collected on the purchase.

Appraisals
-
Besides
sentimental
value,
quilts
may
be
valuable
for
a
number
of
other
reasons.
Learn
what
the
value
is
of
a
quilt
that
is
special
to
you.
Quilt
appraisals
are
offered
by
Eugenia
Barnes,
a
certified
appraiser.
Appraisals
are
by
appointment,
or
walk-ins
only
if
there is time.

fashion
show
of
approximately
50
garments
-
sewn,
knit,
crocheted,
embellished,
felted
and
up
cycled
-
made
by
members
of
Genesee
Valley
Quilt
Club
will
be
modeled
by
their
creators.
Audience
members
are
invited
to
view
the
garments
up
close
and
talk
with
the
makers after each show.

COVID Policies for QuiltFest 2022
RIT Gordon Field House: This includes the Quilt Show, Vendors, Lectures, Fashion Show, Quilt Appraisals, and classes with Kim Werth, Joyce Blowers, and Janice
Kagenski.
Proof of vaccination is required along with photo ID.
•
Moderna and Pfizer: the initial two shots are the only ones required, boosters are not required.
•
Johnson and Johnson: the initial shot is required, boosters are not required.
•
There are no medical exceptions to this requirement
Once you enter the show, your wrist band (or name tag) becomes your proof of vaccination if you leave and reenter the show.
Masks in the Field House (Quilt Show) are a personal preference.
RIT retains the right to change this policy as appropriate. Please check the RIT website for their current policy close to the show.
RIT Inn and Conference Center: This includes classes with Katie Pasquini Masopust, Karen K. Stone and Kathy McNeil.
There are no COVID restrictions at this facility. Vaccination is not required.
